How to keep email SPAM free and protect identity online.

by Bharat on Jul.01, 2009, under Internet

Do you keep getting those spam mails every now and then ? Do you hate giving email id to every other site u need to no to spamregister and you dont even know whether your email would be sold to spammers or not. One solution is not to  register on any site except for these big ones. Buts that not practical. Another way is to keep two email ids. But thats not a great idea either.

The third and best way is to use disposable email ids. These email ids are automatically created for when you need it. No details or registration required. Two great sites offering this service are Mintemail and 10minutemail. These email ids are valid for limited time only. So, if you suspect a website and dont want to give you email id you can use these website to get your temp email id, signup, you get verification mail, you verify and thats it. This keeps your email id safe and inbox SPAM free.

You can also skip registration at many site by using bugmenot service where you can search for username password of numerous free registration sites.

Disposable Phone numbers.

You can also get disposable phone numbers to hide your real number from people. You can also forward  call to your numbers and save your real number. You can check out this service at Numbr.
