The True Story of Fwd Messages.

Are you unhappy with spam in you Inbox ? Do you receive those fwd msg that promise you all those funny things like good luck or help poor people or on the name of god etc. These msgs also say that please pass on this msg as it costs you nothing but can change someones life.
Actually, that’s the only line that is true in the mail. That mail doesn’t cost you anything but it changes the life of the person who started the chain. Wondering how ?? Well, let me explain. There are numerous sites on the web which offer you a service that notifies you when your mail has been received by the recipient. That sounds cool. How can that harm you huh. Some go one step further they can also track to whom you fwd that message and the information back to the recipient.
Now, does that ring a bell to you?? When you fwd a message what you actually do i expose your entire friends email list to the sender who actually uses these email to spam you inbox. This technique it useful as people fall for it easily and its useful in getting email id of people like me who are very careful not to let their email id to spammers. Thirdly, it also guarantees that the email id is active.
So, next time you fwd any msg like that think twice. If you dont fwd it no bacd luck will come to you, nor will Gmail or hotmail give any cent for fwding msg or you wont get a free mobile or TV. Because when you fwd these msgs you put your friends privacy at risk (yours is already gone as soon as you received that mail).
